Doug McCall has been involved with school health promotion since 1986. He has inititiated much of the SH infrastructure in Canada, including the Canadian Association for School Health, the School Health Researchers Network, the Canadian School Health NGO Network, the intergovernmental Joint Consortium for School Health and many other groups. He has authored many monographs, led research studies and published many reports for a variety of federal departments and agencies. He currently serves as the Director of the International School Health Network and Executive Director of the Canadian Association for School Health.
